Notts Trans Hub
Peer support, community groups, and social events for transgender, non-binary, and gender-questioning adults in Nottingham and surrounding areas
Who are we?
We are Notts Trans Hub, a trans peer support based in Nottingham registered charity (no. 1199241) committed to supporting and uplifting Nottingham's transgender community. We're a group where transgender people can find solidarity, acceptance, and resources they need to thrive. As a peer support group for trans people by trans people, we are dedicated to providing comprehensive support through a variety of services. From in-person and online social events to our community fund, we create safe spaces where transgender people can connect, share their experiences, and find strength in unity. Our mission is to ensure that every Nottingham trans person feels valued, respected, and empowered to live their truth. We are here to help build a future where everyone, regardless of their gender identity, has the opportunity to live authentically.
We unite to create a world where every transgender person feels at home

I don't think I'd be living as full and happy a life if it hadn't been for Notts Trans Hub. I moved to Nottingham shortly after coming out and was still really shy, low self esteem, and isolated. Notts Trans Hub gave me a space to meet other people like me, where I formed friends I could never be without, and helped me through my transition to the confident woman I am today
It's given a real sense of community, I have made friends and have got advice from others. It feels like a safe space.
Support groups offer me a lifeline — a chance to connect with others who truly understand the challenges I face every day, a sense of belonging, acceptance, and validation, and a safe space where I can share my thoughts and fears with people who understand the intricacies of navigating gender identity and expression.
